our philosophy

Omnivores, vegetarians, celiacs, and lactose intolerants: multiple people can sit at the same table and eat according to their needs. A menu that respects every dietary choice or requirement, attentive to seasonality, and rich in quality ingredients.
All this in a warm, welcoming, and familiar setting where time, which inexorably passes and transforms (from Heraclitus' 'Panta Rei'), we want to pause for a moment and pamper you with
