Müller Thurgau (FRANZ HAAS) Alto Adige (Montagna - BZ) – GT

UVE 100% Müller Thurgau - Bright straw yellow color. Aromatic and intense with notes of elderberry and acacia. Fruity aromas of white peach and green apple. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish-based first courses, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses.

Lighea (DONNA FUGATA) Sicilia (isola di Pantelleria - TP) -IGT

UVE: Zibibbo Dry version of Zibibbo, with a rich aromatic bouquet, featuring floral notes of white rose and orange blossom combined with hints of peach and candied citrus peel.

Cecu Roero Arneis (M. Carbone) Piemonte (Roero e Canale CN) - DOCG

UVE: Arneis. Along with Nebbiolo, Arneis is the area's most renowned grape. It boasts intense aromas of tropical fruit and captivates the palate with a refined, savoury, and persistent flavour that will only improve over the years. A premium white wine that pairs well with fish dishes.

Bellone (I PAMPINI) Lazio (Acciarella - LT) – IGT

UVE: Bellone / Cacchione. Bright color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet, with floral, herbaceous, and undergrowth notes and mineral notes. It pairs well with fish in general and in a "love match" with mozzarella, burrata, and buffalo mozzarella.

Vermentino di Sardegna (SU PUDDU) Sardegna (Olbia Tempio - OT) – DOC

UVE: 100% Vermentino. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Aromas range from white fruit to wildflowers and herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and balanced. Ideal with classic spaghetti with clams.

Frascati Superiore (CASATA MERGE’) Lazio (Monte Porzio Catone - RM) - DOCG

UVE: Malvasia del Lazio and Trebbiano. Bright straw yellow in color, harmonious with hints of white-fleshed fruit such as pear, mango, and notes of green apple. On the palate, it has a pleasant fullness, with an excellent acidity that lends it a suitable depth.

Pinot Grigio (BOEM) Trentino (Lavis TN) - DOC

UVE: Pinot Grigio 100%. Brilliant, straw yellow in color, it is full-bodied and ripe on the palate. The nose offers floral aromas, and the palate offers ripe flavors of apple, tropical fruit, and citrus. The finish features mineral notes and lively acidity.

Pecorino (BOCCA FORNACE) Marche (Ripatransone - AP) – DOC

UVE: 100% Pecorino. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it has an intense aroma with hints of fresh fruit such as melon, mango, and citrus blossoms. On the palate, it is fruity, very savory, slightly acidic, and long-lasting.
